This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Airwork plans, the AppSumo Lifetime Deal, add-ons, and managed services. It is incorporated into the Airwork Terms of Service at airwork.ai/terms.
AppSumo Lifetime Deal
The Airwork Lifetime Deal ("LTD") is sold and fulfilled by AppSumo. Refunds for the LTD are governed by AppSumo's refund policy.
The base $49 LTD is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee processed by AppSumo. You do not need to give a reason. Refund requests must be submitted through your AppSumo account, not through Airwork.
Add-ons purchased through AppSumo are non-refundable. This includes extra job posts, extra candidates per job, and extra team members.
Codes must be redeemed within 60 days of purchase. After redemption, your LTD access does not expire, subject to the Terms of Service.
If your LTD purchase is refunded by AppSumo, your LTD access on Airwork ends.
Subscription plans
Payments for the Growth, Scale, Pay-per-job, and Enterprise plans are non-refundable. This includes:
Monthly payments after the billing date.
Annual payments after the billing date, including unused portions of the annual term.
Pay-per-job purchases after the job becomes active.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not refund the current paid period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion in cases of platform-wide service failure, billing error, or duplicate charge. Contact support@airwork.ai with the details.
Managed services and Engagements
Fees for managed services (sourcing, vetting, matching, account support) and amounts paid through specific Engagement Agreements are governed by those agreements. Where the Engagement Agreement is silent, work that has been delivered and accepted is non-refundable.
If you believe an Engagement was materially mis-delivered, contact support@airwork.ai. We will review the work, communications, and applicable Engagement Agreement and decide on a refund, credit, or other resolution case by case.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is open. We may also charge a reasonable processing fee where allowed by law and the card scheme rules. Disputes that turn out to be invalid may result in account termination.
How to request a refund
For AppSumo LTD purchases, contact AppSumo through your AppSumo account.
For all other refund-eligible cases, email support@airwork.ai with:
The email address on your Airwork account.
The transaction ID or invoice number.
A short description of why you are requesting a refund.
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider.
Taxes
If we issue a refund, taxes collected on the original transaction will be returned with the refund where applicable. Where local law requires us to retain or remit a portion of taxes, we will tell you and refund the remainder.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Material changes are communicated to active users by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The Last updated date at the top reflects the current version.
