Airwork started in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our founder Sayem saw firsthand that exceptional engineers, designers, and product thinkers in emerging markets were being overlooked by the global job market. Not because they lacked skill, but because they lacked access.
We built Airwork to fix that. First as a services company, matching talent with companies one hire at a time. Then as a platform, giving companies the AI tools to screen, assess, and hire that talent themselves.
Today, 300+ companies across 45+ countries use Airwork to hire. Our talent network spans 15,000+ candidates. And we're just getting started.
