Outbound Email Policy

We email business addresses only, and only people whose role relates to hiring or vendor decisions.

We do not buy, rent or scrape consumer email lists.

We verify every address before we send to it.

Every email names the sender and our company.

Our first email tells the reader how to opt out. Any reply asking us to stop ends all contact, and we keep a suppression list.

We send no more than 10 outreach emails per mailbox per day.

We do not use misleading subject lines or tracking links.

Partners, contractors and affiliates may not advertise Airwork or any Airwork domain in unsolicited bulk email. Doing so ends the relationship.
