The Airwork Lifetime Commitment

Summary
You pay once. You get access to the Airwork hiring platform for as long as we operate it. We commit to specific standards for shipping, support, and transparency. AppSumo's 60-day money-back guarantee remains your primary refund path. If we wind down the product, you get 90 days of notice and a full export of your data.
This page sets out the commitment in plain English and the legal terms that govern it.
1. What "lifetime" means
Your AppSumo Lifetime Deal gives you access to the Airwork hiring platform for as long as Remotely Technologies Inc. operates the product. "Lifetime" refers to the product's operating life, not the buyer's.
Your access does not expire on a fixed date. Your access ends only if:
You request a refund through AppSumo within the 60-day refund window.
The product is wound down under the conditions in Section 6.
You materially breach our Terms of Service.
Your access is not reduced by:
Adding new paid tiers or subscription plans for future buyers.
Raising the price of the LTD for future buyers.
Introducing optional add-ons for expanded capacity.
Accepting investment, adding team members, or changing ownership.
2. What is included
Your LTD includes access to the Airwork hiring platform at the tier you purchased.
Included at purchase:

Access to the Airwork candidate network (15,000+ profiles, with a curated pool of deeply vetted candidates personally interviewed by our team)
Full ATS with pipeline stages
Advanced filters
One-click interview scheduling
AI-ranked candidate shortlists

Included when shipped:
New features added to the core Airwork hiring platform will be available to LTD buyers at no additional license cost, subject to the rate limits of your tier and to the usage-cost carve-out in Section 4.

Rate limits:
Your tier includes a defined number of active jobs and candidates per job. These limits are set at purchase. We will not reduce the rate limits of an existing LTD buyer's tier. If you need more capacity, optional add-ons are available.
3. What is not included
The following are not part of your LTD and may be offered as separate products:
Services sold separately from the core platform, such as managed hiring, headhunting, or staff augmentation.
White-label or private-label versions of the platform.
Training, onboarding, or consulting services beyond standard support.
Third-party tools integrated into Airwork that charge their own fees, such as background check providers, LLM API providers (for AI Interviews and similar features), or third-party automation platforms (Zapier, Make).
If we launch a product that is genuinely separate from the core hiring platform, we will say so clearly and explain why it is not covered. We will not rename an existing included feature and charge for it.
4. Updates, shipping cadence, and usage costs
What is included
All updates to the core Airwork hiring platform are included in your LTD at no additional license cost. This covers new features, performance improvements, security updates, UI changes, bug fixes, API improvements, and most integrations.
Usage-based costs (the honest carve-out)
Some features depend on third-party costs we cannot waive. The most common case is features that use Large Language Models (LLMs) like the ones from OpenAI or Anthropic. Every API call to those providers carries a real per-use cost. AI Interviews is the most visible example.
For these features:
Access is included with your LTD. No paywall, no separate license fee, no tier upgrade required to use the feature.
Usage is billed at fair, transparent per-use rates. We publish the rate before you turn the feature on, and we keep pricing simple — no surprise charges, no hidden multipliers.
You opt in. No usage-based feature is active by default. You see the rate, decide, and turn it on if it's worth it for your workflow.
This carve-out applies only to features with genuine third-party per-use costs. We will not introduce usage-based pricing on features that do not have an underlying third-party cost.
Shipping commitment
We aim to ship at least two substantial improvements per quarter, published on our public roadmap. A substantial improvement is a new feature, a major upgrade to an existing feature, or a new integration. Bug fixes, performance work, and security updates are continuous and not counted toward this number.
What this commitment is and is not
This is a stated operating standard, not a refund guarantee. If we fall short of this cadence, we will address it publicly in our monthly transparency report with context and a corrective plan. Your remedy for dissatisfaction within the first 60 days is AppSumo's money-back guarantee (Section 11).
5. Support
First 30 days after purchase
Priority response within 24 hours on business days. Our workweek is Sunday through Thursday. Tickets submitted on Friday or Saturday are answered the following Sunday.
If you email support@airwork.ai and mention you are an AppSumo buyer, your ticket gets flagged for the priority queue.
After 30 days
Standard response within 48 hours on business days.

6. If we wind down the product
If Remotely Technologies Inc. decides to discontinue the Airwork hiring platform in the ordinary course of business, you will receive:
Written notice by email at least 90 days before the shutdown date.
A full data export available in your account dashboard for the entire notice period.
Continued platform access until the shutdown date.
A migration guide with alternative providers.
What the data export includes
The export covers data tied to your client account:
All jobs you have posted
Applicants to your jobs (their submissions, assessment results, screening responses, and your pipeline notes), subject to candidate consent and data protection law
Scheduled interviews and related metadata
Pipeline stages, notes, and tags
The export does not include the broader Airwork talent network beyond those who applied to your jobs. Candidate profiles are part of the Airwork talent network, not your client data. This is consistent with how candidate data is handled at all times on the platform, not only at wind-down.
Format: CSV for tabular data, JSON for structured records, delivered as a zip download.
What triggers this clause
A Board or leadership decision to discontinue the product in the ordinary course of business.
Limits on this clause
This clause does not apply in cases of insolvency, bankruptcy, receivership, regulatory order, legal injunction, or any event outside our reasonable control. In those cases, applicable law and the rights of creditors control, and we will provide such notice and data export as we are legally able to.
7. If Airwork is acquired
If Remotely Technologies Inc. is acquired, your LTD will continue under the same terms unless the acquirer chooses to wind down the product, in which case Section 6 applies.
We commit to two specific protections in the event of acquisition:
Continuation period. Any acquirer must honor the existing LTD terms (access, included features, rate limits) for at least 12 months from the closing date of the acquisition.
Wind-down notice. If the acquirer decides to wind down the product within or after the continuation period, the 90-day notice and data export commitments in Section 6 apply.
Your rights under AppSumo's Partner Terms in the event of an acquisition are also defined by AppSumo. See AppSumo's terms at appsumo.com for current policy.
8. Product evolution
Airwork will evolve. The core commitment is that the product remains a hiring and recruitment platform, and that features included at purchase remain available to LTD buyers or are replaced with comparable functionality.
What counts as ordinary evolution and is expected
UI and UX redesigns
Feature consolidation with comparable replacement
Deprecation of individual features replaced by better alternatives
Replacement of third-party service providers
Adding new use cases on top of hiring
Changes in technical architecture or delivery
What we commit not to do to existing LTD buyers
Move features included at purchase behind a new paywall without comparable replacement
Introduce new paid tiers that strip features previously available to LTD buyers
Convert the LTD into a subscription without consent
Reduce the rate limits of your tier
Apply usage-based pricing to features that do not have a genuine third-party per-use cost (the Section 4 carve-out is the only exception)
If an existing LTD buyer believes a change materially removes functionality they purchased, they can contact support@airwork.ai for review. We will respond in good faith and work toward a resolution within the scope of this policy and AppSumo's refund guarantee.
9. Rate limits and add-ons
Rate limits
The number of active jobs and candidates per job included at your tier is defined at purchase and will not be reduced for existing LTD buyers.
Add-ons
Add-ons are optional and not required to use the product. Examples include additional job slots, additional candidate volume, and additional team member seats.
Add-ons are stackable across separate AppSumo purchases. The maximum quantity per single purchase is set by AppSumo; if you need more, you can purchase additional add-ons in separate transactions.
Add-on pricing
Current add-on pricing is published at airwork.ai/pricing. Add-on pricing may change with at least 60 days of advance notice by email to LTD buyers. New add-on pricing will not be applied retroactively to previously purchased add-ons.
10. Data export
You can request a data export from your dashboard at any time.
Target delivery within 7 business days of request.
Same scope and format as the shutdown export in Section 6.
No fee for standard exports.
The export covers data tied to your client account and your applicants (per Section 6). It does not include the broader Airwork talent network. Candidate profiles are managed by candidates themselves under standard privacy rights.
Requests that are excessive, automated, or clearly abusive may be rate-limited. Export delivery timelines are operational targets, not contractual guarantees, and are subject to applicable data protection law, including GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent regimes.
11. Refund rights
AppSumo 60-day guarantee
Every AppSumo purchase is covered by AppSumo's 60-day money-back guarantee. You can request a refund through AppSumo for any reason within 60 days of purchase through your AppSumo account. This is your primary refund path.
After 60 days
After the AppSumo refund window closes, refunds are at the sole discretion of Remotely Technologies Inc. and AppSumo's Partner Terms. We do not offer an open-ended refund path outside of the AppSumo guarantee.
Maximum refund
Any refund issued by Remotely Technologies Inc. is capped at the amount you paid for the AppSumo Lifetime Deal, excluding AppSumo processing fees, taxes, and any add-ons purchased separately. Add-ons are non-refundable.
12. Transparency reporting
We publish a public transparency report monthly. The report includes:
Features shipped that month
Features that slipped from the planned shipping window and why
Things we broke and how we fixed them
Roadmap movements based on community votes
Status of the shipping cadence commitment in Section 4
The transparency report is operational and reputational, not contractual. We publish it because we believe LTD buyers deserve to see what is happening with the product they have invested in.
13. Dispute resolution, governing law, and arbitration
Good-faith discussion
Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@airwork.ai with a description of the dispute and to discuss the issue in good faith for at least 30 days.
Binding arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy, your LTD, or your use of the Airwork platform that is not resolved through good-faith discussion will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English, seated in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, and conducted remotely where practicable.
Governing law
This policy and your LTD are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Class action waiver
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective arbitration, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator has no authority to consolidate claims or conduct any form of class or representative arbitration.
Small-claims carve-out
Either party may pursue a claim in a small-claims court if the claim qualifies.
Opt-out
You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions by emailing legal@airwork.ai within 30 days of your LTD purchase with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your order information. Opt-out does not affect the rest of this policy.
14. Limitation of liability and warranty disclaimer

THE AIRWORK PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMOTELY TECHNOLOGIES INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, AND ACCURACY OF RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY SPECIFIC HIRING OUTCOME.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF REMOTELY TECHNOLOGIES INC. TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THIS POLICY, YOUR LTD, OR THE AIRWORK PLATFORM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO APPSUMO FOR YOUR LIFETIME DEAL. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST HIRES, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, regulatory change, pandemic, power or internet outage, cyberattack, third-party service failures, and acts of God. During a force majeure event, our obligations under this policy are suspended to the extent performance is prevented.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy over time. Every version is timestamped and archived at airwork.ai/appsumo/promise/history.

Material changes
For any change that materially reduces a protection in this policy for existing LTD buyers, we will provide at least 30 days of advance notice by email. Material changes apply only prospectively from the effective date of notice.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
17. Relationship to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
This policy supplements but does not replace our Terms of Service at airwork.ai/terms and Privacy Policy at airwork.ai/privacy. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service control for matters of platform use, and the Privacy Policy controls for matters of personal data. This policy controls for matters specifically addressed here.
18. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of this policy is found unenforceable, the remainder of the policy continues in full effect. This policy, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and AppSumo's Partner Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Remotely Technologies Inc. regarding your LTD.
